Our Menu
Our menu is a symbiosis of our head chef’s unique gastronomical style, the legacy of Estonian cuisine and the produce of best quality – mostly grown in our own gardens, foraged in the forests nearby or bought from local farmers.
In the autumn-winter season, from October to April, we offer our guests a 7-course tasting menu at the price of 140 euros/guest. Please plan at least 3 hours for your visit.
Our drink menu includes wines and beverages from both well-known wine regions as well as local small producers.
We do not accommodate a la carte or vegetarian menus.
The tastes we offer are in harmony with nature and the change of Estonian seasons.

Dormant Season
October - April
We will announce the menu at the beginning of the season in mid-October.
Chef Kerti on the new menu:
This time, there are even more dishes on the menu than our usual seven courses. To start, three appetizers made from potatoes and pumpkin, followed by lamb liver with burnt whiskey, beetroot, and grapes from our parents' garden.
Next, grass-fed chicken from Puutsa farm, tomatoes from our own garden, black trumpet mushrooms from the Karula forests, and artichokes from Kullamaa.
The main dessert consists of chokeberries, honey, and rose petals, followed by a multi-layered collection of sweets."
